Covid 19 Vaccine Appointments (Nassau County Florida)

Available Appointments

Beginning Monday 5th April all Floridians shall be eligible to receive any COVID19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration.

All individuals under the age of 18 receiving a vaccine must be accompanied by a guardian and complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Consent Form. The form “certifies” that the adult signing the form is legally authorized to consent for vaccination for the patient named on the form.

Appointments are for 1st doses. 2nd doses are automatically booked for three or four weeks out(depending on vaccine administered) at the same time and location as the 1st dose. Please ensure you can make both appointments before booking.

Additionally ‘pop up’ events take place throughout the county and are advertised on our facebook page and on our vaccine updates page

To book an appointment use the buttons to the right (on a phone they will appear below).
